Edibles, dosing & everyday use

Cheebas

How long edibles take to work, how much is actually enough, and what changes the experience — written for people who would rather not guess.

Where to start

1–2.5 mg Beginner Mild relief, little to no impairment. The right place to start if you have not had an edible before.
5–10 mg Moderate Noticeable effects. Coordination and judgement are affected — do not drive.
25 mg+ Experienced Strong and long-lasting. Regular-use tolerance assumed; uncomfortable for most people otherwise.
30–120 min Onset Edibles are slow. Most regret comes from taking more before the first dose has landed.

How we test

Dosing guidance here is general and conservative. Response varies with body chemistry, tolerance, what you have eaten and the product itself — labelled milligrams are a starting point, not a promise. Where a figure comes from a manufacturer rather than a lab, it is said so.
